Yingkou special valve factory staff Mr. Li Yisheng and Yingkou Apparatus Factory staff Mr. He Zhanjun invested 1600 Yuan to lease a set of lathe which belonged to Yingkou the second architecture company autocade, which workshop covered 16 square meters, began to carve out, the main service is machine processing.

From August 1996 to March 1998, Yingkou Zhanqian district aluminium equipment factory was founded,the main product was the punching machine of aluminium window and door.

From March 1998 to March 2000, the two persons developed independently. General manager Li Yisheng rented 4 sets of mechanical equipment of Yingkou fengguang machinery factory service company, which covered 200 square meters, was founded Yingkou Aluminium Equipment Factory.

In October 1999 leased the 300 square meters garage of Yingkou intermediate people’s court and purchased 5 sets of equipment, researched and produced the manual welding machine for PVC window and door and declared the national monopoly, the patent No.ZL00310229.7

Chinese first pneumatic semiautomatic welding machine for PVC window and door;

Chinese first vertical four-head corner combining machine for aluminium window and door;

Batch producing the production line of PVC door and window, the equipment of aluminium window and door, the production line of insulating glass, leasing Yingkou basketwork factory garage to establish the new product research and development department.

The company recruited the 20000 square meters and prepared to recruit 30000 square meters from Laobian district erdaogou town in Yingkou city and broke earth in June 2004, with building 2800 square meters standard workshop, office building 600 square meters, 800 square meters rivet& welding workshop and accessory establishment

Yingkou Jinchen Machinery Co., Ltd was founded in August 2006 and planed to build the second period construction and completed in December 2006, newly built standard workshop 5000 square meters, office building 2300 square meters.

With the 14 year’s development, Jinchen company has established modern enterprise management system, made the product market change from domestically to internationally, completed the enterprise 321 strategy layout.
