The principle is particularly made, in view of the regulations and our practice, to standardize our employee management and to guarantee optimization and efficiency of the team.
Principle of behavior is the basic principle, affairs principle and behavior discipline that the employee shall obey when on job.
Have deep love for the country and support the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.
To respect and love one's own job. To be dedicated to the job. To strive for efficiency. To ensure successful implementation of the company. The employee shall love the job and the enterprise, keep in uniform with the enterprise and implement each policy made by the Party and the company.
Obey the law and be strict with oneself. Love the country, the people and the enterprise. The employee shall obey each policy of the enterprise, abide by the principle, work diligently and fight against the criminals.
Work hard and build oneself. The employee shall work hard at theory and knowledge, law and specialized knowledge, and keep on improving working method, work quality and efficiency.

The employee shall not make personal benefit through work. All employees shall make the benefit of the Party and peole the first place, wholeheartedly devoted to public duty and honest in performing official duties.
Abide by social moralities and career moralities. The employee shall abide by social moralities and be well-behaved. The employees shall set an example of Jinchen in routine life and public welfare activities.
Clean and tidy appearance. The employee shall keep clean and tidy appearance anytime, courtesy and confident in speaking and behavior.
Safety first combined with prevention. The employee shall recognize safety and oriented towards "safety first combined with prevention" anytime, in particular to obeying safe operation regulations and wearing necessary labor protection articles in work.
